Project Cycle Management - logframe training 17 - 19 Dec 2007

From 17th - 19th December 2007, I facilitated together with Gerard Verbeek, from Synergo Consult the training Project Cycle Management for the key staff of World Servants in Wolvega. World Servants sends out an average of 250 - 300 volunteers per year who assist the local population in construction projects. These projects are mainly focused at building schools, hospital, clinics or improving local staff living conditions. During the training we practised the Project Cycle management approach with a case study about Ghana. ' The course provided us a lot of useful lessons' , commented one of the participants.
